 At Calvin Court we do more than rent apartments to seniors – our staff are all senior experts and can help you find the services for your Mom, Dad, Grandparents, or neighbor even if they do not want to rent an apartment in our community. If you do know someone that is 62 or older, we do have a very active community with a calendar full of activities. Our one-bedroom apartments rent for $681 per month and our studios rent for $516 per month. This includes all utilities.
