He has the privilege of advising small to medium sized business owners and CEO’s how to run better, grow faster and make more money. He does so by taking the “HR burden” off the plate of the business owner, so they can focus on their core business. In 2012, Glenn wrote his first book on entrepreneurship and mental toughness entitled, Stand in the HEAT – Lessons from Legendary Entrepreneurs on How to Stay Cool under Pressure, which was highly endorsed by the legendary Brian Tracy. He has travelled internationally as a speaker/trainer with the highlight being a four-city speaking tour in 2006 in South Africa. He is totally passionate about helping small businesses drive revenues and inspiring teams to realize their greatest potential. Glenn was a Finance major at UGA from 1985-1989, long before you had to have a 4.5 GPA to get accepted! He candidly admits that he would not get accepted today. An Atlanta native, he currently resides in Canton (God’s country) with his wife, Lisa, son, Grant, and his two dogs, Bella and Barton. His hobbies include thinking, making new friends, automotive racing and car shows. Philosophy: Whatever you’re thinking, think BIGGER!
