His organization, ePresence, was recognized as the Business of the Year for 2018 by the DeKalb Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of Rotary Club of Brookhaven, PowerCore, Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce, and the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce.

Mark resides in Tucker, Ga, with Stephanie, his wife of 28 years and they have three children.
