Ms. Ammons is a member of the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE) and serves as an officer on the Executive Board and the Scholarship Committee Chair for the Georgia Chapter.  In July, she will be recognized at the NOBLE National Conference in Hollywood, FL as being selected as the 2018 NOBLE Member of the Year, the highest honor bestowed upon a member of the organization. She is also a member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP), Atlanta Metropol, Inc., and the U.S. Department of Justice Global Advisory Council’s National Alerts Task Team. Ms. Ammons has served as the Operations Manager for the Association of State Criminal Investigative Agencies (ASCIA) since 2014 and coordinates and is a member of the ASCIA Use of Force Investigations Committee.  She serves as proxy for GBI Director Keenan representing ASCIA on the Federal Bureau of Investigation CJIS Use of Force Data Collection Task Force.
