Kathryn Sabol / Executive Coach and Entrepreneur

Kathryn Sabol is an executive coach and entrepreneur who works closely with her clients to find a life-work balance that serves their greater purpose while achieving the success they desire and experiencing the joy they crave.  She is a dynamic leader and workshop facilitator.  She quickly understands systems critical to streamlining effectiveness at all levels of an organization.  She works with clients to develop strategic plans to advance their companies' mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth as an organization.  Kathryn helps her clients connect to what matters most, allowing them to lead authentically while achieving lasting results.

Kathryn was the president and CEO of an international clothing and home décor brand for over 12 years before selling and exiting the business.  While working as an entrepreneur, Kathryn pioneered innovative customization and drop ship programs which allowed her to partner with top retailers creating successful brand launches year over year.  After successfully transitioning the business to new owners, Kathryn became a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC). She is a graduate of the Co-Active Leadership Program, an intensive year-long leadership development program and is fluent in Spanish.
