Enjoy an exclusive Pilates class with fellow Buckhead Business Association members at the brand-new FS8 Studio in Buckhead. This session is perfect for those looking to master the fundamentals, combining Pilates-inspired principles with contemporary exercises. The class features thoughtfully layered flows designed to improve posture, build overall body strength, and enhance mental clarity.
Following the class, stay for a mini social mixer and connect with fellow BBA members.
Important: Grippy socks are required for the class. Please bring your own, or they will be available for purchase in the studio for $14-$18.
