Kim Wynn, VP of Leadership & Development
Kim Wynn brings over 25 years of leadership, education, and consulting experience across the business and nonprofit sectors. A former film production executive turned educator, Kim has impacted over 70,000 students and teachers through her work in classrooms and as a national educational consultant. She played a key role in founding Manzanita School, an innovative college preparatory school rooted in nature-based learning.
Her international humanitarian work spans five continents, where she has contributed to education, healthcare, and poverty-alleviation efforts in countries such as Thailand, Peru, Tanzania and Madagascar. Kim’s passion for social action led to the development of educational programming focused on environmental sustainability.
As a transformational leadership consultant, with Leaders Team, Kim partners with business owners and executives to align people, purpose, and direction. She works with leaders committed to delivering big results, building high-performing teams, and growing cultures of leadership—expanding what’s possible through new ways of thinking.
