About Duane Moyer - Program Director, 7 Mindsets Academy

Duane is a 30 year veteran in the youth empowerment field having direct student engagement, program development, and strategic organizational development experience. Duane considers it a privilege to work with schools to provide t he training, coaching and curriculum to implement mindset-based social emotional learning and positive school culture development successfully and sustainably. His passion is to help schools to implement SEL initiatives at the building and district level. Duane sees a growing trend in education addressing the whole child as administrators use the 7 Mindsets to create ridiculously amazing schools where students love to learn, educators love to teach and parents love to send their children.
Additionally, Duane’s organizational development acumen has been demonstrated through his efforts to help build key organizations including: The Network For Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE), Halftime, Young Biz, WorkLife and The 7 Mindsets. Duane’s passion is to construct strategic marketing processes that help engage people in joining the cause of empowering youth.
Duane is a graduate of Taylor University with a BS in Business Systems and of Loyola Marymount University with an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship.
