For more than five decades, world-famous Ultra-Distance Runner and humanitarian, Stan Cottrell, has used running as the vehicle to help break down the walls which not only divide nations, but walls which divide one human heart from another. In the process, he has:
• Gained access and been embraced within parts of the world not open to "Westerners"
• Opened critical lines of communication between leaders of foreign governments
• Held numerous meetings with political leaders in Washington, D.C.
• Conducted negotiations with multiple "high profile" countries to establish trade relationships
